The initial communication starts after the client, or any visitor shows an interest by filling up an inquiry form given on our website. Our experts acknowledge to inquirer’s concern, encounter their questions, and suggest options that help them complete the goal. So, start the connection chain by filling up an inquiry form.

Once you drop an inquiry, we’ll assist you through a one-on-one consultation. Our expert will approach the inquirer to get an exact idea about what they actually expect us to do. Since every inquirer has different requirements, we try to figure out what exactly you are looking up to through our personalised approach.

Meet with Architect and Interior Designer

1.3 Meet with Architect & Interior designer

After getting a clear idea about the client’s requirements, we schedule our expert interior designer & architect meeting with them. The purpose of this conversation is to clear the concept of the construction procedures and remove every single possibility of miscommunication.

Finalise Inclusion

1.4 Finalise Inclusions

Now, it’s time for an inclusion discussion. There will remain a crystal-clear discussion about what you expect to include inclusions; windows, furniture, doors, handles, shower screens, or anything else.

& Deliver

Construction Commences

2.1 Construction commence

Once the discussion stage competes, we start an initial construction process by the installation of facilities or equipment, site preparation work, removal of existing buildings, facilities, or structures, installation of facilities, clear excavation or removal of existing building.

Regular Stage Updated

Site Benching, Slab, Frames, Roof, Lining & Practical Completion.

& Handover

Finalise Inclusion

3.1 Final Inspection

When it’s time to handover the constructed building to the client, they keep third-party property inspectors looking into the construction progress and suggest anything wrong with the outcome.

Move in

3.2 Move in

The big day arrives – it’s time to move into your new home. We suggest you add a personal touch to your home, and our interior designers can give you advice on colour selection, trendy styles, and other alternatives. You can even ask us about custom furniture.

Follow-up & Maintenance

3.3 Follow-up & Maintenance

We never forget to hear from our clients, and we want to keep a good relationship with our clientele. In case of any maintenance issues, you can ping us in between 180 days period. Give us a call any time for follow-up, and we will be there for your assistance.
